“ Street Tacos SLC on 4th South in Salt Lake City is a really good spot if you’re in the mood for authentic, flavorful tacos. I’ve been a few times now, and the tacos are consistently great. The meat is well-seasoned, the tortillas are soft and fresh, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. I’ve tried a few different kinds, but the carnitas and al pastor were definitely my favorites. You can tell they put care into getting the flavor right, and the price is totally reasonable for what you get. The vibe of the place is casual and fun, and if you come by on the weekends, it turns into more of a party scene with a DJ playing late at night. It’s a great place to stop if you’re downtown and looking for a solid late-night food option. The staff has always been super friendly and fast, even when it’s busy. One thing I’d say, though, is that I don’t recommend the tamales. I gave them a try, and they just didn’t hit the mark for me—kind of dry and not much flavor. I’d definitely stick with the tacos, which are what they do best. If you’re looking for great tacos in the heart of SLC, Street Tacos on 4th South is the spot. Skip the tamales, grab a few tacos, and you’ll leave happy. I know I’ll be going back! ”
